Sataka, Feb 14, Feb. 15 -- Inspector General of Assam Rifles (North) conducted a familiarisation visit to the BSF Battalion 'The Great Naga' in Sataka on February 13, 2026, to assess operational preparedness, administrative effectiveness, and overall welfare measures of the unit. During the visit, the IG reviewed the current security scenario in the region, discussing strategies to strengthen border surveillance, maintain law and order, and ensure rapid response capabilities in case of any emergent threats.
