Srinagar, May 1, May 2 -- The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has directed the Health and Medical Education Department and the Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (JKMSCL) to file fresh affidavits detailing the installation and operational status of CT scan machines across hospitals in the Union Territory. A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Arun Palli and Justice Rajnesh Oswal passed the order while hearing a suo motu Public Interest Litigation concerning healthcare infrastructure.
