Srinagar, Aug 3, Aug. 4 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a Technical Appraisal Committee (TAC) for the project "Establishment of Disaster Recovery Centre (Outside J&K Seismic Zone)". An official said that the committee has been set up in terms of S.O 227 of 2021 and S.O. 154 of 2026 issued by the Finance Department.The TAC will comprise the Chief Executive Officer, JaKeGA, as Chairperson, with State Informatics Officer NIC J&K, Director In-Charge NIELIT J&K, a representative from IIT Jammu to be nominated by the Director, IIT Jammu, and a representative from NIT Srinagar to be nominated by the Director, NIT Srinagar as members.
