Srinagar, Aug 7, Aug. 8 -- In a major administrative decision aimed at strengthening the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), the Government on Friday approved the promotion of 28 JKAS officers to the Super Time Scale, Special Scale and Selection Grade).
