Srinagar, July 30, July 30 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has approved the release of Rs.41.16 lakh for the long pending LPG distributorship allotted to 2016 pellet victim Insha Mushtaq, completing a rehabilitation initiative that had remained pending for several years. The announcement was made by Cabinet Minister Satish Sharma, who said the financial sanction was cleared under the leadership of Omar Abdullah. "Justice delayed, but not denied.
