Rangapahar, July 26, July 27 -- On the 27th anniversary of India's victory in the Kargil War, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Spear Corps, along with senior veterans, paid heartfelt tribute to the brave soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty.
