Srinagar, Sept. 13 -- Baramulla, Sep 12 General Officer Commanding (GoC) of the 19 Infantry Division, Major General Manoj Joshi, on Saturday visited the students of the Northern Federation for Blind, Deaf and Dumb in Baramulla. During the visit, Major General Manoj Joshi interacted with the students and distributed food items and other essential materials.
