Srinagar, Oct. 2 -- The Constitution of India is not merely a document defining the institutions of governance and guaranteeing rights. It also lays down a broad vision of the socio-economic order in which the benefits of freedom reach the last person in society, social and economic justice is secured, and every citizen has the opportunity to live with dignity.
