Srinagar, August 30, Aug. 30 -- The Food and Drugs Administration, Jammu and Kashmir, has prohibited the sale, storage, distribution and display of 10 identified batches of ghee across the Union Territory after laboratory tests found violations of food safety standards. The action was taken under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, following laboratory examination of samples collected from different parts of Jammu and Kashmir. The affected products include Dairy Mohan Desi Ghee, Apna Dairy Milk Desi Ghee, Milk Bite Cow Ghee, Nandni Desi Ghee, Shahi Taj Desi Ghee, Daawat Fresh, Nand Krishna Cow Ghee, Vandu Cow Ghee, Dairy Milk Desi Ghee and Mohan Dairy Ghee.
