Sopore, Oct 4, Oct. 5 -- Legislative Assembly Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Sunday said the regional imbalance in the issuance of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) certificates must be seriously examined to ensure that no section of society faces injustice.
