Srinagar, Sep 14, Sept. 15 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch J&K has chargesheeted a notorious fraudster involved in a fake government job scam. EOW said it has filed a chargesheet before the Court of Forest Magistrate, Srinagar in case FIR No. 12/2026 under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC against Abdul Majeed Mir son of Abdul Rahim Mir, resident of Lishtiyal, Kalaroos, Kupwara for cheating and forgery.The case was registered on the basis of a written complaint alleging that the accused dishonestly grabbed lakhs of rupees on the pretext of securing a Government job for the complainant's son.
