Srinagar, March 8, March 9 -- All educational institutions in Kashmir would reopen on Monday. The institutions were closed last week as a precautionary measure amid protests reported in parts of Jammu and Kashmir following the killing of Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamnei in the joint US-Israeli air strike.The schools up to Class 8 will also reopen after the winter vacation of more than two months, while classes from 9th to 12th had already resumed academic activities on February 23 in the Kashmir division and winter zones of Jammu.Education Minister Sakina Itoo said the decision to reopen schools was taken after reviewing the ground situation."After taking stock of the situation, we have decided to reopen schools, colleges and ...
