Srinagar, June 17, June 19 -- Srinagar Police apprehended an alleged drug peddler during a naka checking operation at Rambagh Bund and recovered a heroin-like substance from his possession. Officials said the accused has been identified as Parvez Ahmad Dar, son of Abdul Rashid Dar, a resident of Narkara in Budgam district.During late-night checking conducted by a police party from Police Station Sherghari, the suspect was intercepted and subjected to personal search.
