Budgam, May 19, May 20 -- Social Transformation Programme Series Asluk continues throughout Kashmir Valley and today a grant event was held at Town Hall in Budgam. This event was organised by Al-Rahim Trust. J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi attended and addressed the programne along with BJP J&K General Secretary Ashok Koul. In her address Dr Andrabi said that the drug network had been parallely working in J&K along with the terror network since 1989 and it has very deep roots in the society.
