Srinagar, Feb 22, Feb. 23 -- Residents of Press Colony are raising concerns as stray dogs have increasingly taken over the streets, creating a challenging environment for locals. According to residents, packs of stray dogs roam freely in the colony, often obstructing roads, chasing pedestrians, and causing traffic disruptions. Local shopkeepers and commuters report incidents where dogs have damaged property, rummaged through garbage, and growled at residents, making daily life difficult.
