Dimapur, July 14, July 15 -- Director General of Assam Rifles, Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, on Tuesday paid solemn tribute to Havildar Mohd Iqbal at a wreath-laying ceremony held with full military honours at Dimapur, Nagaland.
