Ganderbal, Oct 27, Oct. 28 -- The Rajbhasha Cell of the Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir) on Monday launched a four-day Hindi training programme for university employees and staff of other Central Government institutions at its Tulmulla campus. Addressing participants, Registrar Dr Nisar Ahmad Mir stressed the need to strengthen bilingual communication in official functioning.
