Ganderbal, Sept 22, Sept. 22 -- Central University of Kashmir (CUKashmir), in collaboration with the Schumacher Society, New Delhi, began a three-day training programme on "Women's Leadership: Build Leadership - Acquire Skills, Overcome Challenges" at Tulmulla Campus here on Tuesday.The programme, according to the organizers, aims to strengthen the leadership skills of women and help them develop the confidence and capacity to take up greater responsibilities in their organizations and communities.Addressing the participants comprising faculty members, scholars and students, Dean Academic Affairs, Prof. Shahid Rasool, emphasized the need for greater representation of women in leadership and decision-making.
