Srinagar, Oct. 30 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress of technology-driven projects being implemented across Jammu and Kashmir in collaboration with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-Informatics (BISAG-N).
