Jammu, April 9, April 10 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo chaired a meeting to review key e-governance and digital transformation initiatives across Jammu and Kashmir, in collaboration with the Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-Informatics (BISAG-N). The meeting was attended by Secretary IT Dr. Piyush Singla, Special DG BISAG-N Vinay Thakur, administrative secretaries, department heads, senior police officers, and representatives from the National Informatics Centre.During the review, the Chief Secretary assessed the progress of various online platforms aimed at improving governance efficiency and public service delivery.
