Srinagar, Aug. 16 -- The 15A bus service from TRC Srinagar to Parigam Pulwama is facing serious issues that need immediate attention. The service stops after 7:00 PM without any notice, leaving passengers stranded. Bus timings are highly irregular-sometimes only a few minutes apart, other times with long gaps of hours. This creates unnecessary hardship for daily commuters.The situation is made worse by the Chalo app, which often shows wrong information about bus location and availability. Passengers plan their travel based on this data and end up waiting for buses that never arrive.This poor management is unacceptable.
