Srinagar, May 22, May 23 -- Commissioner Secretary, Cooperative Department, Yasha Mudgal, today chaired the 10th meeting of the Union Territory Level Implementation and Monitoring Committee (UTLIMC) at the Civil Secretariat in Srinagar to review the progress of computerisation of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) under a Centrally Sponsored Scheme.
