CM Omar launches Rs.60-Crore urban projects
Jammu, Aug 6, Aug. 7 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for a series of urban development projects worth over Rs.60 crore in Jammu, reaffirming his government's commitment to building sustainable, inclusive and people-centric infrastructure across Jammu and Kashmir. The projects include new works worth over Rs.28 crore and the inauguration of completed projects valued at around Rs.32 crore, covering green mobility, heritage conservation, tourism infrastructure and civic amenities.A major highlight was the foundation stone for a depot for 100 electric buses under the PM e-Bus Sewa Scheme at Bhagwati Nagar.
