Srinagar, July 19 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday announced that he will leave New Delhi for Jammu this afternoon to personally monitor the situation arising from incessant rainfall and the weather alert issued for several parts of the Jammu division. In a statement, the Chief Minister said he has been closely monitoring developments since early Sunday morning, particularly in Rajouri town and adjoining areas, where extremely heavy rainfall has caused widespread disruption.
