Srinagar, Aug 2, Aug. 3 -- A cloudburst struck the upper reaches of Khonmoh on the outskirts of Srinagar on Saturday, triggering panic among residents and raising concerns over possible damage to property, agricultural land and infrastructure. According to local residents, the cloudburst occurred in the hilly areas above Khonmoh, sending a sudden surge of water, mud and debris rushing downhill.
