Srinagar, Feb 14, Feb. 15 -- A Civil Court in Srinagar has issued summons in connection with an original suit filed by Zahid Bashir against Ghulam Qadir Ganaie, directing the defendant to appear before the court later this month. The summons has been issued by the Court of Ms Preet Simran Kaur, 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge designated as Additional Judge Family Court Srinagar, in Original Suit (OS)/233/2026.As per the court order, the defendant, Manzoor Ahmad Wani of Jhoome Budgam, Naider Gund Peer Bagh Srinagar, has been directed to appear in person or through a duly instructed pleader on February 26, 2026 at 10:30 am to respond to the claim.The court has also instructed the defendant to file a written statement of defence o...
