Srinagar, Sep 9, Sept. 10 -- The Cabinet headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah will meet in Srinagar on Thursday (September 10) to consider a range of policy and development proposals including new Skill Development and homestay policies. Sources said the cabinet meeting is scheduled to be held at 4 pm at the Chief Minister's residence.The cabinet will discuss the proposed Mission Skill policy, which seeks to impart industry-oriented skills to youth from school to university level and create more employable and market-ready human resources, they said.The Cabinet is also likely to consider a revised Homestay Policy aimed at simplifying procedures and encouraging more residents to participate in the tourism sector.
