Srinagar, Oct. 31 -- In connection with the National Youth Festival, the Youth Services and Sports Department, Budgam, organized a vibrant and impressive district level Cultural competition under the banner of Viksit Bharat Cultural Innovation at the District Headquarter. More than 100 school and out of school youth in the age group of 15 to 29 years participated in this event with enthusiasm.They showed their talents and displayed their talents in cultural programs.These competitions included Storytelling, Painting, Writing, Poetry, Dance, and Kashir Chakri.
