Srinagar, Sep 22, Sept. 22 -- National Conference MLA Salman Ali Sagar on Tuesday alleged that BJP legislators were disrupting proceedings in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly to avoid responding to questions over the transfer and posting of officers from Jammu and Kashmir. Speaking to reporters outside the Assembly, Sagar questioned the basis for recommending the transfer of local officers while officials from Jammu and Kashmir were being posted to different states and Union Territories, including Sikkim, Rajasthan, Delhi and Goa.
