Beyond Article 370
Srinagar, Aug. 5 -- For decades, Jammu and Kashmir was often discussed through the prism of conflict, uncertainty and political debate. Seven years after the repeal of Article 370, the conversation is increasingly shifting towards roads instead of roadblocks, investment instead of instability, and opportunities instead of uncertainty. While political opinions on the constitutional decision continue to differ, the developmental changes witnessed across the Union Territory deserve objective recognition.
