Aizawl, Aug 4, Aug. 5 -- In a major initiative to promote youth empowerment and national service, the Assam Rifles, under Spear Corps, has launched a specialised Pre-Recruitment Training Programme for Agniveer aspirants at Zokhawsang in Mizoram.
