Kangpokpi , July 4, July 5 -- In a sustained effort to strengthen public outreach and foster peace at the grassroots level, the Assam Rifles, under the Spear Corps, organised a Community Outreach Programme at Bungte Chiru village in Manipur's Kangpokpi district.
