Srinagar, April 24 -- Assam Rifles signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Axis Bank at Headquarters Director General Assam Rifles (HQ DGAR), Laitkor, Shillong, aimed at enhancing financial welfare and healthcare support for its serving and retired personnel. The MoU was formalised in the presence of Maj Gen Jai Singh Bainsla, SM, Additional Director General Assam Rifles, on behalf of Lieutenant General Vikas Lakhera, AVSM, SM, Director General Assam Rifles.
