Kohima, Aug 23, Aug. 24 -- Major General Harinder Singh Mavi, Inspector General of Assam Rifles (North), on August 22 visited flood-affected areas of Tizit in Mon district of Nagaland to assess the impact of the recent floods on local communities and essential infrastructure. During the visit, Major General Mavi took stock of the situation on the ground and interacted with residents and local representatives to understand the difficulties faced by families affected by the floods.
