Manipur, Oct 28, Oct. 29 -- In a moving tribute to the heroes of the 1962 Indo-China War, the Assam Rifles organised a solemn wreath-laying ceremony at its Battalion Headquarters in Moreh, Tengnoupal District, Manipur, to honour Rifleman (Late) Ratan Lal Salaria, who made the supreme sacrifice defending the nation at Sulula, NEFA (now Arunachal Pradesh).
