Assam Rifles brings medical aid to flood-hit communities
Srinagar, Aug. 21 -- Reaffirming its commitment to community welfare during times of need, the Dao Division and Assam Rifles under the Spear Corps conducted medical camps at Jalukie in Peren district of Nagaland and flood-affected areas of Sivasagar in Assam. The outreach initiative provided essential healthcare support to residents, particularly communities facing difficulties in accessing medical facilities. Beneficiaries received free medical consultations, treatment and essential medicines during the camps.The medical outreach also placed strong emphasis on preventive healthcare.
