Aizawl, Aug 20, Aug. 21 -- Assam Rifles under the Spear Corps has extended humanitarian assistance to children of Ephatha Special School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing at Kulikawn in Aizawl, reaffirming its commitment to inclusivity, dignity and equal opportunities for children with special needs.
