Srinagar, Sep 29, Sept. 30 -- In a significant initiative aimed at strengthening preventive healthcare and promoting health awareness among children in remote areas, Chinar Corps of Indian Army conceptualised and operationalised a structured School Health Programme across all Army Goodwill Schools in Kupwara and Bandipora districts of Kashmir. The programme aims to facilitate early identification of health and developmental concerns, promote healthy behaviours and enable timely medical advice, referral and follow-up.Initiated during the last week of August 2026, the programme was progressively undertaken across all Army Goodwill Schools and Udaan Schools.
