Imphal, Oct 11, Oct. 12 -- Reaffirming its commitment to community welfare, healthcare and youth empowerment, formations under the Spear Corps conducted a series of outreach initiatives under Operation Sadbhavana and Civic Action Programmes across Manipur and Mizoram.
