Army, Assam Rifles step up border outreach
Kohima, Sept15, Sept. 16 -- Formations of the Indian Army and Assam Rifles under Spear Corps conducted a series of security and community outreach activities across Nagaland, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh, focusing on border security, youth engagement and stronger coordination with local communities. In Phek district of Nagaland, troops organised a joint security meeting with Gaon Burhas, Village Council Chairmen (VCCs) and Youth Presidents.
