Kiphire, Aug 31, Sept. 1 -- In a heartening initiative to foster unity and broaden horizons, the Assam Rifles flagged off a National Integration Tour on 29 August 2025, comprising 20 students and two teachers from PM Shri Government High School, Yangphi in the Kiphire district of Nagaland. The tour, which includes stops in Kohima, Delhi, and Agra, is aimed at promoting cultural exchange, nurturing national pride, and giving students from remote regions an opportunity to witness India's diverse heritage and progress firsthand.Organized under the banner of the Assam Rifles' continued civic outreach efforts, the tour is part of a larger vision to connect youth from the Northeast with the rest of the country.
