650 Questions, 50 Resolutions and 17 Bills Await J&K Assembly
Srinagar, Sep 15, Sept. 15 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly is scheduled to begin its autumn session on September 21, with legislators submitting around 650 questions, 16 to 17 Private Member Bills and nearly 50 resolutions, setting the stage for a busy legislative session. The Assembly Secretariat has received around 650 questions from members. Each MLA has been permitted to submit four starred and four unstarred questions for the session, which is scheduled to continue until September 30. Alongside the questions, legislators from both the treasury and opposition benches have submitted 16 to 17 Private Member Bills.
