Srinagar, June 14, June 15 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday expressed grief over the tragic road accident near Jagti, Nagrota in which three residents of Haryana lost their lives and few others were injured. In a condolence message, Sinha said, "Deeply grieved to learn about the loss of precious lives in a tragic road accident near Jagti, Nagrota.
