Kulgam, May 16, May 17 -- Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo today visited Nihama area of district Kulgam, and held a mega public durbar to listen the grievances, issues and demands of the local residents and other adjoining areas.
