Kakching April 19, April 20 -- Assam Rifles under Spear Corps conducted a week-long bakery skill development workshop at Kakching from April 13 to 18, 2026, as part of its ongoing community empowerment and livelihood generation initiatives in Manipur. The training programme focused on equipping participants with practical baking skills, including preparation of bakery products, hygiene standards, packaging techniques, and basic entrepreneurial knowledge required to start small-scale food ventures.
