Mumbai-based Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has agreed to acquire 100% outstanding shares of Innovcare Lifesciences, a company based in Mumbai and engaged in the business of marketing, distribution and sale of pharmaceutical drugs, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products. The acquisition consideration is approximately Rs 271.2 crore in cash.

While no governmental or regulatory approvals have been disclosed as required for the acquisition, the expected completion timeline is on or before 31 July 2026.

The revenue from operations of Innovcare Lifesciences for FY 2025-26 was reported as Rs 94.06 crore.
