India, Oct. 31 -- Hyderabad-based Laurus Labs has announced signing of a definite agreement for investments into Galenvs Sciences for a majority ownership, a Montreal, Quebec, Canada-based biotechnology company specialising in precision magnetic nanoparticles and DNA/RNA technologies for advanced diagnostics and therapeutics.

This marks an important step in Laurus Labs' strategy to strengthen its capabilities in oligonucleotide development and manufacturing, while enhancing its Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) offerings.
