Kinder Hospitals Group has announced that Kindorama Healthcare Private Limited has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Manipal Health Enterprises Limited for the transfer of operations of Kinder Women's Hospital, Bengaluru.

Commissioned in 2022, the 100-bed facility has established itself as a trusted center for specialised women's healthcare services. Upon completion of the transaction, the Bengaluru centre will join the Manipal Hospitals network, one of India's leading healthcare providers.

The transaction is expected to close within 90 days, subject to customary closing conditions and required statutory approvals.
