Singapore, Oct. 3 -- Reprocell Inc. has entered into a basic agreement with Toho Holdings toward a partnership concerning the domestic distribution and related activities of the regenerative medical product "Stemchymal(R)", for which the company has submitted an application for manufacturing and marketing approval in Japan.
