India, June 2 -- The Bihar government has suspended two senior IAS officers on charges of corruption, following recommendations based on findings shared by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Special Vigilance Unit (SVU), according to official orders issued on Saturday.

The suspended officers have been identified as Yogesh Kumar Sagar (2017 batch) and Abhilasha Kumari Sharma (2014 batch). Sagar was serving in the Social Welfare Department, while Sharma was posted in the Rural Development Department at the time of the action.
